What if it’s not about accepting, but about respecting yourself.

Because you are not a burden. You are something valuable. And you deserve respect.

Respect can look simple, taking care of your body, going outside, giving yourself rest.

But it also means protecting your mind.

Not chasing validation from people who don’t truly see you.

Choosing what actually feels right to you.

Maybe you’ve also had moments where you did not feel seen.

And self-love can start very small. Just with a single thought or a kind sentence you say to yourself.

With this painting I want to remind and inspire:

Growth begins the moment you start treating yourself differently.
