Be good

Sometimes we think that being good means tolerating everything and sacrificing everything for someone else. But that's not true. Me and you, we deserve the same love and kindness we would give someone else. We are the source of our own life. This source needs attention like plants need attention and water. If the plant does not get enough attention, it will d*e. Therefore, you need to give yourself the same attention and respect you would give someone else. And if necessary, demand respect from others and set boundaries.

We need to take care of our body, our mental health, our surroundings and our life in general. Like that, we create a beautiful world for ourselves, which, on the other hand, influences more people in a good way.

So, like in my painting, the plant-woman is watering herself. Please water your soul and your body and your life and don't believe you are bad because you are setting boundaries and respecting yourself.
