Sometimes we underestimate the power of our thoughts, yet they can truly shape the direction of our lives. Even when we feel limited by circumstances, our thoughts remain a space where choice still exists. They influence how we see ourselves, what we dare to imagine, and which paths we allow ourselves to take.
That is why believing in ourselves matters so deeply to me. Even in moments of self-doubt, there is freedom in choosing to take one small step forward. Each day, even if it is only a small step.
At the very least, our thoughts belong to us. They are a space no one else can fully control. And within that space lies a quiet but powerful form of freedom, the freedom to reshape our inner world, and with time, our outer lives as well.
In this painting, I tried to capture thoughts as something that transcends reality. Thoughts can lift us beyond what feels possible, beyond fear and limitation. The girl flying through the sky represents this inner freedom, a state of being where imagination, courage, and self-trust allow us to rise. A symbol of freedom.
